Mina Blend

50% Nicaragua Las Nubes

50% El Salvador El Mural

Our ever evolving, seasonal and experimental Mina Blend seeks the sweetest and most satisfying cup, whether it be in your flat white or as a stand-alone espresso. The current blend offers blood orange acidity, medjool date sweetness and underlying malt and caramel flavours reminscent of a chocolate digestive biscuit.

The name Las Nubes originates from the beautiful views that the clouds produce at the tops of the mountains and over the farms of this region. Las Nubes is made up of coffee from only 20 hardworking producers, located in the Cordillera Isabelia mountain range. The Cordillera Isabelia is located just 45 km away from the department of Jinotega and is located between this department and the department of Matagalpa. This cordillera is one of the first regions that started with large productions of coffee and most of the farmers there still conserve traditional production techniques

Chalatenango is a region of artisans, painters and artists. The picturesque town of La Palma is blessed with breathtaking landscapes and a perfect climate. El Mural is a blend of coffees from two main cantons: Citalá and La Palma, both of these are part of the Montecristo Trifinio, a tri-border national park shared between El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras. Designated as a biosphere reserve in 2011, it is an area of incredibly rich bio-diversity. They produce coffees with medium acidity and notes of sweet caramel, red fruit, orange and vanilla.
