There seems to be a certain stigma around Decaf, but we think you should change your mind on this one. Our new decaf “El Cascabel” is processed using a chemical called Ethel Acetate, a natural organic chemical extracted from sugar cane that can effectively remove caffeine without harming the coffee’s flavour attributes.
Due to being extracted from sugar cane, it is naturally sweeter too.
